General Release and Waiver of Liability

Disclaimer and Waiver of Legal Claims

By engaging in the services provided by Naomi Holland (“Service Provider”), the undersigned (“Client”) acknowledges and agrees to the following:

1. Voluntary Participation The Client voluntarily chooses to participate in the professional services offered.

2. Assumption of Risk The Client understands that results are not guaranteed and that all professional services involve inherent risks, uncertainties, or variables beyond the Service Provider’s control.

3. No Guarantees The Service Provider makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding specific outcomes or results.

4. Release of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Client agrees to release, waive, and hold harmless the Service Provider, from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to the services provided.

5. Indemnification The Client agrees to indemnify and defend the Service Provider against any claims brought by third parties arising from the Client’s participation in or use of the services.

6. Governing Law This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.
